01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 456e ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who registers, accesses, or uses the 456e platform at 456e.vu. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

456e reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. The version published on this page supersedes all prior versions.

02Eligibility

To register and use 456e, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 456e does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform.
• You must be acting as an individual and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of 456e is lawful in your location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement that covers the 456e platform or online gambling generally.

03Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 456e. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep that information up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 456e will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• 456e may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
• Account balances that remain dormant for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to administrative fees as outlined in the applicable fee schedule communicated to players via email notification.

04Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

456e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Bangladeshi payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. 456e targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for mobile wallet methods including bKash and Nagad, subject to standard verification checks.
• 456e reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, prior to approving a withdrawal. Refusal to provide such documentation may result in the withdrawal being declined.

05Bonuses and Promotions

456e may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures, using prohibited betting patterns, or abusing promotional offers will have their bonuses voided and may have their account suspended.
• 456e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses credited in error will be removed from the player's account.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds, unless the game or promotion specifies otherwise.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the 456e platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. If a bet is accepted in error due to a system fault, 456e reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or crash game round, 456e will resolve the outcome in accordance with the game provider's documented malfunction procedures. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet stake will be returned.
• Cricket betting markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). 456e will not be responsible for any settlement delays caused by official result amendments.

07Responsible Gaming

456e is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps — set from your account dashboard and effective immediately upon confirmation.
• Session time reminders and cooling-off periods — configurable from 24 hours to 6 weeks duration.
• Permanent self-exclusion — players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from 456e must contact the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within one business day and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 456e and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the Platform's integrity in any way.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. 456e complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Registering multiple accounts, allowing a third party to operate your account, or knowingly providing false information during registration or verification.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the 456e platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, game assets, logos, and trademarks, is the property of 456e or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of 456e. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

456e makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 456e will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events outside its reasonable control.

11Amendments to These Terms

456e reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 456e will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 456e customer support process should be submitted in writing to 456e via the contact email address below. 456e will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aims to resolve disputes within 28 days of receipt. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.
